So fourteen months on, and not only am I still experiencing frequent pain in my arm, but absolutely nothing has been done on the insurance side of things. The other guy's insurance were supposed to have decided liability within three months, but they've been sitting on their arses about it.

I got my hospital records through, though, finally, including all of the x-rays I had taken. Here's how the elbow looked just after the crash
